To secure your accommodation, simply complete the online registration form. A valid credit card number must be provided and will be passed on to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will not be charged a deposit at the time of booking or in advance of arrival (unless stated in the terms and conditions for each hotel below). Your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled direct with the hotel on arrival or departure. Please note hotels may charge a surcharge on credit card payments.

Please note the check in time is generally 3:00pm. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 6:00pm please note this accordingly.

The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so we encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to availability.

Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no show) will incur penalties. See details below before making your selection.

Any changes to your booking must be made via email to WALDRONSMITH Management - not directly with the hotel.
