Accommodation Notice: Due to multiple events taking place in Christchurch during this period, accommodation is expected to be in high demand. We strongly recommend booking your accommodation early.

Accommodation is held from Sunday 22 November to Sunday 29 November 2026. If you require dates outside of this period, please note your preferred dates in the 'Special Requirements' section. The Conference Office will contact the hotel direct and advise you of availability.

The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival so we encourage you to book early. Any booking requests received less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to availability.

A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking. The card details will be securely forwarded to the hotel as a guarantee of your booking.

If you wish to pay for your accommodation in advance by credit card or bank transfer, please note this request in the ‘Special Requirements’ section and the Conference Office will be in contact to finalise the payment with you.

You will be required to settle your room and incidental expenses direct with the hotel on arrival or departure.

Please note the check in time at the hotels is generally 3:00pm. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 6:00pm please note this accordingly to ensure your room is held for your arrival.
